December 2014 Update - Please Note:
I am currently in the process of deleting links to dead journals or tutorial images. Keep in mind that there are lacking images in some tutorials but the written text is sufficient enough to achieve something similar. I will not be updating this list any further, but I will tidy it a bit. Thank you and please comment if you still find this useful after seven years.

As many of you can see I do not maintain this list anymore, however, I will still keep it up in case people still use it. I am sorry for any broken links but I will not be fixing them. Comments are still appreciated because they will inform me if this list is being used. If the list is not being used I will delete it when I feel the need to do so.
