This photo is semi-staged snapshot. How can that be you say? One sunday midday we visited Thyseio Fleamarket in Athens - an amazing place where you can find all sorts of crazy stuff. As we left the market, my friend A gets a phone call from her boyfriend in London, so we sit down on a bench to let her talk. My friend N sets down the old 80s TV she picked up at the market on the bench and sits next to it. My sister S perches on the neighbouring wall and we all start chatting as I snap some shots of them. My sister as a joke takes out one of the glass teacups she bought at the market and pretends to drink from it. And I snap this shot.

It was a fun day and we laughed all the way through my little impromptu photo-shoot. And I think the result is a photo that is both happy and interesting. You can tell there is a story behind it.
