I am psyched Greek Fest is here! To celebrate, I have made myself "horiatiki salata" for lunch with very fresh ingredients! mmm feta. I'm going to the festival with Kristi for dinner!

Because I was at Kristi's for a delicious dinner party of homemade Greek food! I loved it because I got to talk about Greece a lot - she's also hiked the Samaria Gorge!!! I really miss that trip. I've been feeling so GOOD this summer once I finally got over being sick! I'm getting an amazing amount of sleep (probably WAY too much, but hey, it's summer), my mom keeps lots of healthy food in the house so I've been eating lots of small healthy snacks throughout the day (like, at 11am, 2pm, 5pm, 7pm, and 10pm usually) rather than any big meals ( Read more... )

I changed my computer background from a picture of the beautiful York Minster to a picture of beautiful scenic Lato, and I really want t go back to Greece next block!
