So today, since dancestore.com gave me a discount, I bought myself some new swing shoes for dancing in St. Louis with my husband! They don't make the kind I currently have (and have danced to death) so I went with this little wedge with a swede bottom, and I think they're going to be great. Aside from the mountains of homework, it's been a good week/weekend. Thursday out dancing with friends and Casey was amazing. We took Phil and Robert with us and Christine joined us when she got out of class. Went out dancing for an hour with Casey last night and GOD do I love swing dancing. We took Robert, which was also nice - he's so active in asking people to dance all evening that we don't have to worry about him feeling like a third wheel on our date dance night or anything. Went out for 45 min of dancing with Casey last night. That may not sound like a long time to go out to the Atomic Cowboy, but it's free and super close, so we just head over, get in a few really good dances together, and when it starts to get hot or crowded or we get tired, we just head back home!
