First day back after break: Didn't set an alarm, slept through the 111 lecture I'm supposed to attend.
Yep, this half of the semester is starting off GREAT.
I blame it on this cold.

Today is the last day of the first half of the last semester of my grad coursework. Aka, it's midterms! And its the last day of me being on campus before my spring break begins! Edit: Oh my, if I had only known what I was in for in class, I might have hidden at home. That was a rough day on campus. I think everyone had a bad day today. *Sigh.
Why does grad school need to be such a trial by ordeal?

Winter break has been super relaxing. There isn't a single part of me that misses the hectic stressful grad school semester, and I've been doing a pretty good job of just putting it all out of my mind for a little bit. End of semester is drawing near, and the stress of it is really starting to set in. AHHH. Why am I not done with classes already? I have senioritis so bad and I still have to finish this semester, do another, and take exams before I can be officially ABD. I don't see why I can't just skip to the dissertation, personally.

I had a great fall break. This semester's been rather overwhelming and upsetting at times, and I was just getting so burnt out. Plus I got sick. That coupled with fall break was a great excuse for me to just take a week off.
