The last two days have just been reading renaissance art and social history. It's been hard work, but hard work that doesn't make me stressed and anxious, so it's been a welcome change of pace. Last night Casey and I were crafting at the kitchen table. :-)
Some things never change.

We had a lot of fun though. Our Star Wars costumes aren't going to be the best or anything, but we've definitely had fun together collecting bits of them and putting it all together. Can't wait til the wedding!!!!

Firefly night was really fun! I'm so glad Salicia came too, because it made it much more of a GIRLS' night than a medievalists' night, and girls' night is what I needed/wanted out of the evening. Today is a good day because I'm finally starting to feel a little better. This cold knocked me off my feet this week. Luckily I've been doing a lot of sleeping in. I feel like whenever I make new userpics, the image is always like,not as sharp as I expect. Anyway, Medieval love userpic! I loved searching through illuminated manuscript pictures to find stuff for my PPT, and this was one I couldn't use (cause they're not reading) but I still thought it was lovely.
