So thanks to elspethsheir's inspiring post today, I made a sort of bacon and tomato hash (and I did add cremini mushrooms) to go with baguette (and it was really tasty), but that wasn't the highlight of dinner. Instead I made another composed salad: ( this turned out really yummy )

1. I should know better by now than to watch an episode of Torchwood during my morning commute. O_O Yesterday's episode scared the crap out of me today.
