Tax done, census done, now packing for the snow with best friend + now-competently toddling newest niece, et al. Probably no net access while we're up there, so it'll be an all-round holiday. Lovely long walk in the wet part of Tallaganda (State Forest section, Main Range trail) today - not many photos, other than a lovely big probably fallen fungus. Not too cold, few drops of rain, but otherwise very pleasant. More time with Newest Niece and her Mum today. Sheer bloody wonderful. She sings all the time - the most utterly joyous sound. Tried her out on some of our lunch (little bits of plain rice) - she went absolutely bananas when she realised we were eating it too. ( Read more... )
