Today was interesting. I went to a Latin pre-Vatican II mass, and even though it was inaudible and long and had no songs for me to sing (definitely a test of patience!) it wasn't all bad. The church was beautifully painted, and it was neat to say some of the prayers in Latin and understand them. But overall, it was really boring. My saving grace ( Read more... )

December 1st, the first real snow I've seen in Saint Louis.

It's pretty. But I wish it were like, 45 like it was two days ago so I could ride my bike.

No more class for two days... And I'm already done with my Monday paper! Do you know what this means?! I get to do research all weekend!!! Not that exciting. Today, was not as productive as I'd hoped. That's been happening a lot lately. I may just bike myself over to the library tomorrow and refuse to be distracted by anything. I was productive today, and classes start Monday, so I am having a RELAXING evening. I've been having a great few days, so I'm going to write about them in chunks!

I worked out today! Yoga and biking! YAY! So I actually woke up this morning, to God's loudest thunderclap in history, in time for church. I wanted to check out mass at the St. Louis Cathedral Basilica that I can see from my bedroom window.
