"Look into your heart and you'll find the sky is yours!"

I worked out today! Yoga and biking! YAY! When Casey, Danielle and I were all awake, Danielle made pancakes, and we were just kind of watching Princess Diaries 2 because it was on, and then after breakfast we just kept watching it and couldn't turn it off, and kept cracking up, especially at the guard whose voice cracks!

After lunch Danielle and I did some yoga together in the living room, with Rodney Yee, and even though my balance was absolutely TERRIBLE today we had a really good time cracking up about it all, especially when he has crazy poses in mind, like how quickly he switches directions in all those triangles and warriors in the centering section. I can't do half-moon; I fall over. At least that's hilarious. We hated him for being able to do the wide leg forward bend and put his face on the ground. but Good times! I love the section after centering. We did the whole hour and it felt good. I want to do the yoga burn dvd again soon, and DIE of how hard it is. That'd be so good. I was glad Casey had brought his yoga mat, because even though it's not as nice as the purple ones at home, it was great to have instead of a towel. A yoga mat is the one thing I forgot to bring (that I know of so far...).

Then later I worked on being a good international penpal, writing to both Steven (to tell him to read The Tale of Genji) in Japan, and to Tricia to fill her in on my summer and my life. I miss her so much and wish I had gotten to hang out with her this summer. It's been too long since we've hung out... dang missions in Russia. Can't wait to write to Ashley in the Marshall Islands!

Got some good music advice/info from Cara today so I finally have something new to listen to, saving me from my present iTunes library boredom. I can't listen to my new excellent swing music I got at the end of the year, cause it just makes me mad swing isn't taking over my life anymore, like I was when I was teaching and choreographing and having HSF and all that nonsense that was overwhelming at the time but made me SUCH a better dancer. I want to keep that an important part in my life, and I want to keep getting better.

I biked to Walgreens today and DIED OF HEAT when I got home. It was so so so so so hot and sweaty here in Missouri today. The air conditioning of Walgreens bathed me in the most refreshing wave of cool air ever. When I went with Casey and Danielle to get their headshots ordered, Danielle and I decided we wanted to LIVE in the freezer section. I mean, we know our apartment is great, but man, that freezer felt good!

I love St. Louis Charter cable because Friends is on a lot. a lot a lot. I love Friends. Danielle is showing me how great David Schwimmer is as a physical comedian, and I have a whole new appreciation for Ross. Ah Friends. Funny stuff.
