CNN ran a story about some attorney who dressed up as Osama (including a fake gun)and was subsequently arrested and will now stand trial (on what charges?). Anyway, I loved the narration of the story. Apparently dressing up as Osama puts the police at risk. Last night I carved a Jack O'Lantern for the first time in my life. My pumpkin mocks the world.

I wasn't aware of "the Internets" or "The Google" Bush-isms. He says he uses, ahem, "the Google" to look at maps of his ranch. Is that the only thing he uses internet for? No wonder he's so out of touch with reality. No newspapers, no internets, no education?

Having somehow managed to avoid RennFaire in the 4 years at CMU, I finally went today. I discovered that knife-juggling acrobats dressed in Renn garb are the hottest thing there is on this earth.
