Today was an okay day. i overslept and missed some of my outpatient program. Corri never showed up either but i guess she asked me last night if i was going and i never got the text. Well this morning i brought my medical clearance to Cunthia and then i had one of the therapists from the outpatient program call her and talk to her. Cunthia wanted to know what i would do if i had a mental break at work. None of this is any of her business and it pisses me off. But, alas, i need my job so i put up with her shit. Well i am fresh out of the hospital. This was my third time in a psychiatric unit and i don't know if i'm glad to be out or not. The food was kind of crappy and the groups were repetitive. Also, the showers worked like the auto shut-off faucets in a bathroom. You press the button and the shower runs for about five seconds so you have to hold it ( Read more... )

Today was a miserable day. My stomach has been bothering me and i don't know if it is from depression or from a lack of eating. i ate some strawberries that Sasha brought me. It didn't help. Well it is that time again. Have to go to work in about an hour and i've spent all morning shaking in bed with anxiety over it. i had a good day yesterday at work so i don't know why the anxiety. i cut myself a couple times to ease myself a bit.
