tonight i made this for dinner...

totally easy, totally buttery, totally rich but fast and easy and i highly recommend it.

Pork and zucchini lettuce wraps with couscous and homemade avocado cilantro dressing...please excuse my pic/plating-i'm working on both. I was piping the dressing across my wrap and a blob came out right in the middle and made it look messy. :( Blah. I'm getting better little by little though. Butter chicken curry, roasted chicken couscous, and roasted fennel topped with prosciutto di parma. The fennel was pretty basic...Olive oil, cracked black pepper...400 degree oven. Roast until caramelized. The prosciutto I threw in a pan with some olive oil until it got crispy....Put it on top of said fennel. It was a good combination ( Read more... )

I was wondering does anyone have a good recipe for flavoring their couscous so it tastes like some of the Near East flavors (e.g. roasted garlic and olive oil)?
