I'd been craving a vegetable-loaded, bright, lemony couscous dish for quite awhile. I had this delicious couscous tabbouleh at a local restaurant and had to make it at home. I like to make a big batch on Sunday and eat it throughout the week ( Read more... )

Sunday Dinner,
We phone it in and grabbed some fish from Central Market and some sides and brought it home so eat after we did grocery shopping.
They cooked it, we just put it on plates to eat but it was so good.

I did make desert though.

Two very different food items. First batch: raspberry waffles. hooray, waffle iron! Second batch: chickpea-potato-chipotle soup, which was a variant on 101 Cookbooks' Baby Lima Soup with Chipotle Broth Recipe.
