shhh, didn't cook all of it, but it still looks fine.
Sunday Dinner,
We phone it in and grabbed some fish from Central Market and some sides and brought it home so eat after we did grocery shopping.
They cooked it, we just put it on plates to eat but it was so good.
I did make desert though.
I call it Apl-hed after my gf who says she likes this more than free ice cream.
Seasame crusted Salmon and Couscous with spinach and feta cheese.
Pepito Crusted Catfish and Couscous with spinach and feta cheese.
Apl-Hed: Rome apple cored, sliced baked and then layered with cinnamon cream cheese and
glazed almonds.
