While watching the Food network yesterday morning I decided to make Lentil Sausage Soup. It turned out really good and now we have A LOT of soup to freeze!!!!

I've been stuck eating out for three weeks while we stayed in Columbus, Ohio, to be near our newborn daughter who was in neonatal intensive care at Grant Medical Center. (She was born at 34 weeks--but she is fine now, and growing very well--she just reached seven pounds today and is eating beautifully!)
