Dinner tonight took all of 15 minutes to prep and cook.

One handful of leftover spaghetti pasta, fried up with 2 eggs, a spoon of sour cream, some dubliner cheese, 2 cloves of garlic, and a load of spinach.

Served with an english muffin.

Lovely.
