Today I made Irish soda bread and squash soup for supper. I'd never had squash soup, so it was a yummy first-time experience! I used Alton Brown's recipe and added some carrots, celery and onion to it as some other recipes recommended. I could really taste the carrot, so it was more like a squash-carrot soup. Still yummy!
