Does anyone remember the first dish they ever made by themselves? Whether it was successful or not, it's a pretty big event, I think. Like a wolf cub on its first hunt. Can you guys give me all your favorite casserole dishes that freeze well. My friends house doesn't have amazing running water so I don't like cooking there.

I am afraid this falls in the category of food erotica due to the lack of pictures (i was entertaining guests) but it is one of my personal favourites.
