My parents asked me to request suggestions for Rome restaurants. Nothing super fancy, just delicious restaurants with good food, that the guide books might not know about. Hi, everybody! Would anyone know of a good kosher substitute for butter (that is not margarine/oil) to use for baking/pastries? A substitute that is a good stabilizer and similar fat and protein content as butter?

i'm looking for some suggestions and tips for roasting chickens. what is your favorite flavor/seasoning/stuffing combination? recipes, suggestions and tips are welcome as it's my first time roasting a whole chicken. i've done other meat roasts and even a turkey but it's time for chicken so i'm after some help.
