Quick and delicious food!
Pasta with cheese sauce, broccoli and
gravlax. Smoked salmon also works well. Very good
How to make:
- Brown the chicken breast, then place it into an oven safe pan. Put salt and about 1 dl sweet chili sauce on top, try to cover the chicken evenly and put in the oven, 225 C for 15-20 minutes.
- Fry veggies. I used red pepper, mini-zucchini and garlic. Prepare the couscous and mix in the vegetables when they're done.
- Shred cucumber and squeeze off excess water. Mix with cooking yoghurt*, add about a tablespoon of chili sauce and put in the fridge until the chicken is finished.
- Serve and enjoy!
* we didn't have any at home, so we used some creme fraiche, soured milk and philadelpha cheese. Tasted good too ^_^
