I'm still waiting for Linda to get back from the horse...  accomplishing a few things here on Livejournal, such as putting a few songs on my list that have recently bubbled up.  I think maybe in the next couple weeks I'll want to update my favourite music artists list... see if there are any movements up or down...  always like to do that every few ( Read more... )

This weekend was nice.  We were needed to babysit the kids while Jenny and Andy went up to Edinburgh to see a musical and visit friends.  So we played with the kids a lot....  Adam generally likes to play football either outside or inside in the hall with a nerf ball... so we did a lot of that.  Ayla likes to draw or play with Peppa and Hey Duggie ( Read more... )

Heat wave here in the UK....  it's getting a bit ridiculous.  We're even starting to put frozen bottles of water in the guinea pig hutches now.  One of the hutches is coming apart now from dragging it around the lawn.  I need to hammer in some nails this weekend to fix it ( Read more... )

Time is flying by... Adam turns 7 years old today. Seems just yesterday he was a toddler. Nowadays, he's interested in football (soccer) and he collects trading cards.
