Linda's Birthday
It was Linda's 64th birthday yesterday.... with the Beatles song going thru her head the whole time.
We had a nice day. Went to Jenny and family.... to their house at about 10am and had a nice pancake breakfast made by Andy. Cake and ice cream later. She liked the birthday presents she got.... a framed pink Scotland outline map paper-art thing she liked when we saw it at an Art place in Dumfries... a nice purple and pink necklace and also a nice bag and a few other things. Later on we went out to dinner in Kingholm Quay.
On Saturday, we went to watch Adam play in a football tournament..... the world cup put on by his Heston Rovers football club that he is with. His team was Argentina..... which happens to be Linda's favourite team. We had some Argentina tops from previous times that we both put on to go and support his team. Linda had also ordered and collected an Argentina strip for Adam to play in, with Messi on the back. He was chuffed to get it and wear it. His team didn't do so great, as it turned out, but everyone had fun.
