Quite a twisty road up to Edinburgh airport... our sat nav selected the twistiest route.

Forgot what a hassle going thru airport check in and security was....

But, here we are at Costa before boarding. So, we made it.

Our bags were all below the limit. Can't complain.

Everything was fine until Thursday morning.

I woke up with my head spinning. I had had a few drams of whisky the night before, so I thought it was just that. Thought it would just pass. No headache, just vertigo.

For my birthday a few weeks ago, I got a whisky tasting thing which happens tonight on YouTube live. There are eight to taste. Should be a nice time.

It's my father's 80th birthday. Quite a milestone. I sent him a card earlier, and also a gift... scottish whisky.

It's too bad we can't be together as a family to celebrate it. He's with Darlene in Arizona and they seem to be doing well thru this pandemic.
