My mom has been causing drama during this whole wedding planning process.

I told my fiance before we even started planning the wedding that I thought my mom might give us problems, and I'm sorry to say that I'm right. She even told us that we'd have the "final" say on things... so when does that happen again?

Who gets invited to the bridal shower?

My fiance's mom is planning the bridal shower. The place it's being held at can hold 50 people. The thing that's irritating me is that she keeps adding all these people from FH's side of the family that HAVE to be invited. Like an aunt's sister or something, just because "that's what you do." Ladies, I need a piece of advice. When my FH & I discussed kids at the wedding we agreed that no kids under 6 were invited. He, however,  by that time will have 3 year old & 6 month old niece. So one of my best friends is getting married in October of this year. Her MOH hasn't contacted the rest of the bridal party at all about preliminary planning for her bridal shower, so my other friend [who is also a BM], contacted all of us about pre-planning.
