Breastfeeding room anyone? Grrr...

Ladies, I need a piece of advice. When my FH & I discussed kids at the wedding we agreed that no kids under 6 were invited. He, however,  by that time will have 3 year old & 6 month old niece. I had no issue with these kids being there, they are immediate family after all, but he is adamant that he wants NO small children at the wedding. Since this is the 1st one he has a strong opinion on we'll do what he wants.
He told me that he had a discussion with his mother & father that there will be no small children invited, his mom was crossed but they left it at that. We are paying for this whole affair so it's up to us to make that decision.
And today I've got a voice mail from my FMIL asking whether we have arranged for a breastfeeding room for my FSIL. What a hell??? Really? Even if any kids were there, is it really our problem where kids will be fed?
What's the best way to handle this ladies? Any tactful way of approaching this? I'm afraid I'm short on tact in general & in this case feels like being blunt would be best.
