Last night was a blast. So I finally got around to watching the Dragonlance Movie - and it was so so bad. You can't make a half animated, half CG, 90 minute movie covering a 400 page book that's only 1/3 of a trilogy and expect it to be nearly as epic and passionate as the books. :-( It didn't seem like that fantastic fantasy story I loved anymore, it was now like a super ( Read more... )

I am glad today is through. I turned in my review and my bibliography, prepared my talk, and gave it. I think it went well - I may have slipped a bit into my boring voice but overall I explained the main themes of the book and the author's complex economic ideas and hopefully wasn't too repetitive.
