As the only nurse, in our area, qualified to remove PICC lines (a special type of Intravenous line), it is not uncommon for me to have to travel long distances to perform this task. Venturing into a garden center is a dangerous thing for me. I needed some bags of soil for the new bed which has come about due to a large bunch of hosta plants I was given a few weeks ago . For the first time in years, my car was stuck in a snow bank for an hour or so this am. Heavy snow on top of layer of ice is my excuse. One chap tried to help, but it wouldn't budge. Laughs, because whining isn't going to make it better soon. TLDR version: ENT very good, but there is nothing for them to fix in my sinuses. Latest CT shows considerable improvement, almost clear. So surgery would probably not make a difference.

So back to square one. Appt with GP end of January to review options.

Don't fix it if it isn't broken, is so true. The saga that started months ago with my work Blackberry being 'upgraded', has finally ended. Many hours of my life have been lost forever. We just had a good heavy rain. Will take quite a bit more to fill the river, but the plants are now watered. Due to total lack of energy, I've not been caring for my garden at all.
