Sandpaper and alcohol applied far to vigorously To my chest. Now I have to hope my skin doesn't react badly to the heart monitor stickies. A few errands, then drive home, nap and hope to do some stuff.

I'm up very early Tuesday and Thursday this week. Need to drive 90 minutes or so to be hooked up to a heart monitor, which I need to wear for 48 hours. My heart is racing at weird times. Earlier today I was napping after work, I managed to see 4 people, I used to see two to three times that before. Now I'm wiped after less than four hours. I woke ( Read more... )

I'm in lurk mode due to everything. Thanks for the birthday wishes and comments on my previous entry. Not able to do much. Has to cancel medical tests today as I'm hoping to see some friends and sister this weekend. Also need to be able to work. It's an either or situation right now.

Ate breakfast in the sun on my lovely riverside deck. Trying to get my Vit D levels up in all the ways possible.
Home after work visits. Watermelon with balsamic vinegar, lemonade. Chlling out for a bit, then hope to get on with some garb sewing. 

But my brain is on strike. Round trip to Toronto see specialist, a few errands and a pedicure. The last was brilliant as I could rest on the lovely reclining massage chair til it ws my turn. If I hadn't done that I would have had to stay overnight somewhere. Now, I have a lovely set of purple toenails for summer, plus all the scaly bits on my heels ( Read more... )

Tried to live like other folks yesterday. Spent all night and today in horrible pain. Managed to do some laundry and housework this pm.

Spring is coming, snow and ice are gone.

Frustrated

Been trying to keep my paycheck enought to cover bills. Hard when I see someone, then have to send them to the hospital. Just had one of my regular guys come back after 10 days in the big building, sent two to hospital this week ( Read more... )

Still alive, struggling with pain and depression. Latest doctor visit not helpful as she's referred me to a pain clinic. Why didn't she do this 6 weeks ago? Didn't help that appt was at 11:45, but I wasn't seen til 1:45. I understand delays happen, but it would have been nice to know so I could feed parking meter. Thus $30 parking ticket ( Read more... )
