Waves - still alive
Still alive, struggling with pain and depression. Latest doctor visit not helpful as she's referred me to a pain clinic. Why didn't she do this 6 weeks ago? Didn't help that appt was at 11:45, but I wasn't seen til 1:45. I understand delays happen, but it would have been nice to know so I could feed parking meter. Thus $30 parking ticket.
I've been working on an SCA project since August. Here is a pic of my tallow candles, made from raw beef suet. I also made rushlights. Amazed that they all burned nicely. It was a gamble as I didn't have time/energy/motivation to make enough to test before presenting them at a recent SCA event where we had judges assess our projects. Positive feedback was received. Not sure what I'm going to do to finish project. Going to let it sit for a bit, maybe ask for some direction. Thanks to Beffeysue for all her chemical expertise.
