I skimmed over my last entry to see where I left things.  Since that last post, our pastor has passed away.  Early June, I think the 6th. I've decided to keep track of a new diet I'm trying.  I signed up for Noom.  The reason I decided to give it a try is because the science behind the method is cognitive behavioral therapy.  I know this science to be beneficial through the work I do as a counselor.  I thought, this might help me.  I know I changed a lot of behaviors after going ( Read more... )
