I was up early on May 14 as I had a tattoo appointment booked at House of Tattoos for 11:00. Though Google Maps said it was a 15 mins bike ride from the flat, I wanted to give myself at least an hour for when I'd inevitably get lost. It feels weird not getting a birthday tattoo this year.  I've been getting tattooed every January since I turned 18.  The reason I'm not?  Well, there are a few reasons:

1. I couldn't commit 100% to an idea.

At home sick. :( Over the long weekend, I felt queasy off and on and just kept taking Gravol. On Tuesday morning at work, I was chatting with a co-worker and suddenly felt very dehydrated and as though I could faint.
