MUNCHINS, LEPRECHAUNS, MY CHARMING APRIL ELVES. Fuck me sideways, I'm tired. I wish the Big Bangs would take care of my assignments so I could read them instead. However, here we are! Greeting another lovely spring into the fandom. April is actually a rather emotional month since a year a go, in April, I wrote my first (admittedly horrible) fic. Memories of torment and procrastination come flooding abound. Since it's April Fools' or Gawkin' Day as it's been called here in Scotland (does anyone even call it that still? Apart from me that is? But I live in like 19th century), the Reverend ladytiferet and I (well, mostly the Reverend since I was in no mental state to decide anything) decided to provide you with some light-hearted entertainment this time :)

And with April showers, and sunshine, daffodils and the promise of creme eggs (for some *nudge nudge*) I would like to greet you *most warmly* to another Sunday Service, let fic pop up everywhere like the pasty British folk do on the fields the second the fiery sky deity is out of the clouds. Esca/Marcus - canon or AU, Marcus reminds Esca who he belongs to
Esca is a flirt, he loves attention and adoration. He doesn't follow through, but he likes to tease.
When he and Marcus come back home Marcus feels like he has to remind him who he belongs to.

Esca/Marcus - movie!verse, Marcus apologizes to Esca
Pre-quest, some time after the surgery, when Marcus and Esca start their tentative master-slave friendship.

Uncle Aquila gets a new slave as a gift. The slave quickly becomes envious of Esca's position and starts scheming against him, making Marcus doubt Esca's loyalty and drift away from him. Esca is hurt, but when the moments comes when he can prove his friendship, he does it (sacrifices something, saves Marcus when he could have leave him and run, anything). Marcus is very happy and thinks that the things will come back to how they were, but Esca can't forget Marcus's behaviour that easily, and Marcus has to fight to get him back.

I'd love to see the unlikely situation where the master apologizes to the slave :)

Esca/Marcus, movie!verse, Esca taking care of an animal
Esca as a slave was pretty dark and intimidating at first, emotionally detached. I'd love to read a story about him finding a baby animal in a storm (it may be a pup!Cub or some other cute creature) and hiding it in the stables not telling any of his masters. I want Marcus fining out and being shocked seeing scary Esca's softer side, being all careful and gentle, risking punishment to help the animal.

One of the guys is in love with the other, maybe has been for a long time, maybe he's just realized that. The problem is, they're best friends and he'd never do anything to jeopardize their friendship.

Esca/Marcus - their first time together - Canon Era
I'd like to read a story were they' re both sexually inexperienced. Not necessarily virgins, but I imagine that Marcus must have spent most of his time busy with his military career, not so different from Esca who has lived in captivity for what 6, 7 years I guess..! So, I want lots of enthusiastic awkwards moments and it would be great if the author could give an extra 'wild touch' to Esca's character.

WOULD IT NOT BE THE MOST ENDEARING THING EVER? WITH ELBOWS AND KNEES EVERYWHERE AND SOMEONE KILLING THE MOOD WITH A SUDDEN, HELPLESS OUTBURST OF GIGGLES? YOUNG ROCKETS GOING OFF TOO FAST? TUMBLING OFF THE BED? ALL THOSE WONDERFUL IMPERFECT THINGS THAT MAKE THE SEX SO MUCH MORE PERFECT IN A WAY.

There is not enough Crack - fic in this fandom. ^_^

How about this scenario:

Marcus wants to have sex with Esca but is too shy to ask for it. So, when they find an injured unicorn while being on a hunt he convinces Esca that the only way to rescue the noble thing is if someone loses his virginity. (And maybe the unicorn is just a white horse and Marcus attached a horn to its face, who knows?)

I dunno folks, i just want a unicorn and cracktastic love making. XP

"Just to add a possible shading to this intriguing idea, it is fairly easy to move the horn buds on horned animals (cattle, goats, deer...) so you end up with an animal with one central horn. This has been reported to affect the animal's temperament so you end up with a unicorn herd leader.

I have a very elderly book by no less than David Attenborough in which he speculates that the creation of unicorns through horn bud grafting was an ancient animal management technique now lost. (He was quite young at the time and I bet he's rather hoping everyone has forgotten this early adventure into cryptozoology :-D)"

Esca/Marcus, Teen Wolf AU
It's surprising how ashamed I am of posting this. I do have higher standards of TV taste, I promise! hides

Marcus is a born werewolf, has spent his entire life as a recluse, hiding from the hunters and trying to keep his head down. He attends the local high school, mainly because his uncle makes him, but doesn't get involved with anyone. Everyone avoids him, is convinced he's some kind of freak, and more than a little scary. I mean, the guy is huge and isn't averse to growling when people get too close. It's all going great, until a new student transfers from England, and Marcus just can't help himself.

Esca is something different to everyone else - he's fiery, brave and more than a little arrogant, and isn't afraid to get all up in Marcus' space, all angry and furious when Marcus does something to him (idk, growls at him when he gets too close? Is mean to him when they're forced to be lab partners?), and wow, that's different. After that, Marcus just has to have him.

The wolf in Marcus tries to dominate Esca, make him his sub, all growling and snarling and in his space and shoving him against lockers and walls, and really, all Esca has to do is submit, bare his neck and just accept him, but he doesn't. Esca is no one's bitch.

So, yeah. Long post is long.
