I am the shop today as I took yesterday off due to my dietitian's appointment mid afternoon (lost 3 pounds since Christmas, yay!). Looks like a typical Thursday at Gamers, meaning despite it being market day we won't see a single customer. Despite a fairly boring day at the shop today (Colin is at a games convention at Essen, Germany), my evening has been quite good. Today has been really dull. Shop was crap as ever and if it wasn't for Fish and ScioN-of_change being around I'd have been truely bored out of me tree. As it is this evening is proving to be that dull. I had plans tonight... painting, tidying... and just don't have the motivation. Bah!

Yesterday at Gamers was a terribly boring day and for some reason in the evening I fell in a down depressive state of mind. In trying to shake it I dug out an old game on the PS2 (a Jurassic Park park simulator) and that kept me occupied for a few hours.

The weather has been so changeable lately that I haven't been able to go out and start sorting the garden, or planning for Marko to come help me. So yesturday I started on the living room again. Didn't get very far as all that dust kicked my asthma off slightly even with the windows and door open. Going to give it another try today ( Read more... )
