It felt reallyt good being back at Primarchs again tonight. A month break over Christmas worked well. We had a decent number of people turn out and lots of Warhammer and Magic being played.

As expected I lost my Warhammer match but not as I thought I would. Good game though.

Tonight we're back at the Bridge Pub for the first Primarchs meet up of 2011. Hopefully we'll get a decent number of players turn up after the break. I have my Warhammer Fantasy campaign match against StormWytch and I'm looking forward to it. Well I didn't win my game against Marko. He played a fair list and didn't cheat or twink it up. I just got boned on the Magic system and it cost me the game. To be polite, I'm not that happy with the game and needed some time out from the guys for a while afterwards.

Oh well.

The Primarchs is currently running a small 8 player league of the new Warhammer Fantasy Battles 8th edition (released a couple months ago). We are two rounds in so far and the Ruinious Powers are not with me this time it seems.

Last night I cancelled my STO subscription. After three hours downloading the new patch and updates I figured the new material for the Admiral level would make up for not having anyone to help with the fleet actions against the Borg. Last night was good fun. Scion_of_change came over for the evening. Had some curry, did some painting minis, and then a fun but lengthy game of Warhammer Fantasy. As I expected my Warriors of Chaos were crushed by his Dark Elf horde.
