Normally I can't stand painting as part of my hobby gaming, even though I love all other aspects of playing Warhammer. This last week however has been very different. Yesterday was a really good day. Went over to Cambridge for lunch and a wander with Blue_mochi though having to carry my Warhammer army case around sapped all my energy by the time I got back to St. Neots. I didn't win. A mixture of bad rolls, too many opposing plasma weapons and forgetting to deep strike my Terminators cost me the game. Shame because it should have otherwise gone my way. Oh well, good game. First time Ricky has beaten me in the year he has been playing at Primarchs.
