Normally I can't stand painting as part of my hobby gaming, even though I love all other aspects of playing Warhammer. This last week however has been very different. My copy of Star Trek Online arrived today. I guess the rest of this week will be made up of painting space marines and playing STO.

Last night was a good evening. Most enjoyable weekend I've had for a long time. Blue_mochi and Scion_of_change came over and we had an evening of painting/modalling, watching dodgy TV and the end of an even dodgier sci-fi b-movie (plaguers... zombies in space!), and we did lots of nattering.

Got woken up far too early by Midnight demanding to be fed. Couldn't get back to sleep so just laid there for an hour before geting up and heading into town. Met up with Blue_mochi for lunch and wandering around town. Twas a good day which I needed after this week.

Tonight is a painting night since I have plenty of terrain that needs doing.

My nephew Benjo has bought himself the Supernatural RPG this week and tonight a small group of us (simon, marko, Eidolon_UK and myself) rolled up our characters and tested out the system. Had a really nice day today. Got up at silly o'clock (8:30am) in the morning. Shower, shave and find some comfortable clothes to wear before heading into town to meet Blue_Mochi off the bus.
