Exactly as I predicted I have managed about three hours sleep and was then awoken by Midnight wanting breakfast. Hopefully it's cool and I'll last the day.

Now to prepare for the day out to London to visit Leisure Games. In my last post did I mention they have balloons? I hope so. Really lookin forward to this even as I hate London.

Saturday.
Not too bad a day. Went for a bike ride around town. Popped into town proper to spend an hour nattering to Dawn and to pick up some much needed supplies from her candle shop. Got home, watched the new Dr Who (weird but I liked it) and then had Eidolon_UK round for the evening. Watched some Star Trek TNG episodes. Then bed.

I finally managed to get a decent night's sleep again last night. First time for almost a week. No wonder I was so cranky yesterday. It meant going back to the sofa for most of the night though. Maybe moving back to the bed (well, matress) wasn't such a good move ( Read more... )

Had another bad night's sleep. Again, a sense of impending panic attack but nothing ultimately. Really not sure what the issue is but I want it to stop.

A good Deadlands game. Was like old times getting the gang back together for a night. Hopefully we can carry on in a couple months time. Unfortunately Terry and his wife Shirley stuffed us on sarnies, sausages and spicy potatoes. To qoute Literary_Lass I have a "food baby".

Going to try and get asome sleep now and hope it compensates for last night.

Had a terrible night again. Just couldn't sleep. Could feel another panic attack brewing but thankfully it never materialised. Did mean that itwas gone 5am before I manged to fall asleep. Not great.

Guess I didn't survive intact after all. Suffered a panic attack in the night (usual lonliness plus, oddly, a fear of being homeless) that left me unable to sleep until gone 6 this morning. I am so tired today, I don't think much is going to happen.
