Last night was cinema night. Eidolon_UK , simon and myself went to see Tron Legacy. I loved it. The story isn't much. In fact it feels like a remake more than a sequal but let's be fair you're not going to see Tron legacy for the story. The SFX are fantastic and the action sequences are top notch. Typical bank holiday weekend. Starts off all nice and sunny but then quickly turns crap with rain, no sun and windy. I was going to go to the Mayday event in Eaton Socon but have decided against it due to the weather.

I am pleased how the weather has turned out round here compared to everywhere else it seems. We have less than an inch on the floor and it is nice and sunny outside. I'm hoping that it keeps this way and that the snow goes quickly. Bring on Spring ( Read more... )

Had an ok turnout at the Primarchs tonight. I am guessing that the snow kept most of the locals away (it's not even that bad but it is very cold). Just about covered the funds for the evening so thats good. A few games of 40K got played. I didn't get mine as I had my opponent play another guy first and their game lasted all night! No worries. Tonight is the first meeting of the Primarchs for 2010. I'm hoping that the weather isn't going to put people off coming.

I have been challeneged to a 40K game so hopefully I won't be too rusty from playing Fantasy Battle for the last few months. Wish me luck.
