It felt reallyt good being back at Primarchs again tonight. A month break over Christmas worked well. We had a decent number of people turn out and lots of Warhammer and Magic being played.

As expected I lost my Warhammer match but not as I thought I would. Good game though.

A quiet day at Gamers. We simply spent the afternoon playing Magic the Gathering. Good fun but I'd like my deck to work just once.

D&D/Pathfinder was ok this evening. Unfortunately sinkbuddy has had to effectively drop out of the game due to work and Jayson had to leave to take his little boy to the hospital. That left three players to run six characters ( Read more... )

We have a Magic: the Gathering tournament at Gamers today.Problem is that I only have the one working deck at the moment and that is my Sliver one. The guys always grumble when I pull that one out. My vampire deck needs tweaking and I don't want to buy another pre-con just for the hell of it. Do I take my Sliver deck or not? That is the question.

Saturday was a real pain in the ass. Mike has given me his leather sofa as he has a new one just arrived. In preperation I tried to get my old one out of the house ready. Ok, the living room is now 75% there. Everything is off the floor and it looks reasonable. Still need to find room to put everything though so that some areas are clear.

On a side note the damn ants are back in force despite me putting down ant spray and powder (yes, I am being careful with Midnight about).
