So it turns out that when I used my new toothbrush for the first time on friday I cut my gum on the hard bristles and it has become infected. I am the shop today as I took yesterday off due to my dietitian's appointment mid afternoon (lost 3 pounds since Christmas, yay!). Looks like a typical Thursday at Gamers, meaning despite it being market day we won't see a single customer. I've been feeling rather sicky all day today and eve more now that I am home and have relaxed. I'm going to give Pilates a miss tonight. Not feeling well enough for all that.

I heard back this morning about part of my blood test. Apparently I have high cholesterol levels. Duh! You think I'm this big and not have that? *rolls eyes*

I should find my proper test results on Thursday but they want me to go back next Tuesday to have another cholesterol test.

After a two week break Pilates is back up. In some places it was easier and in others tougher. My back started aching after 45 minutes and the leg/foot stretches keep giving me spurts of cramp. Woke up this morning with some slight stiffness in my legs and lower abdomen after last nights class. Faded around midday but with heading into town, up and down at the shop and the Primarchs, my upper legs are causing me real grief.
