I haven't updated since well before Christmas, but I have been reading and keeping up with what everyone is up to.  I've also been updating viki_101 with my mission 101 tasks - so I'm lurking on the internet somewhere!!

I wish I had the energy to write a proper update.

We've been in the house 3 weeks now, and haven't achieved much more than unpacking.

There was a bit of a disaster with the old washing maching left by the previous owner, which resulted in us spending 3 hours of a (weekday) night up to our ankles in 3 inches of water throughout the kitchen and ( Read more... )

The only thing I have to do today is go to the supermarket for the week's food...  Oh, and maybe run a laundry, but I don't feel like doing either yet.  P is making me another cup of tea, we'll see if that helps  :)

I seem to have acquired a fairly resilient headache - went to bed with it last night, woke up with it this morning - and now I've arrived in work it's pounding away.  Looks like I'll have to fall back on the Ibuprofen if I'm going to get any work done this morning.

I’m probably going to regret spending work time on typing this, as I’m really busy at the moment and there are several hundred other things I could be doing, but my concentration is shot to pieces.  Also, the afternoon is dragging because I am not keeping myself busy and allowing my mind to wander, so that’s another reason I should just bury ( Read more... )

Back in work after another quick weekend.

I am feeling a bit overwhelmed this morning as I was in and out of the office for one reason or another all last week. (I don’t think I did even one full day at my desk!)  I’ve come back today and can’t seem to get to grips with where I am on each of my files despite having made a list…
