It's been a busy few weeks for future planning.

P and I are trying to work out whether it's feasible for us to buy our own place within the next 12 months. Our rent for this first year in London comes to £18,000 and we just don't want that sort of annual expenditure to be something that continues on for an undetermined amount of time.
