It's been a busy few weeks for future planning.

P and I are trying to work out whether it's feasible for us to buy our own place within the next 12 months. Our rent for this first year in London comes to £18,000 and we just don't want that sort of annual expenditure to be something that continues on for an undetermined amount of time.

I find that I drift between feelings of excitement and fear and confusion when I think about where I could be and what I might be doing this time next year.

Dilemma.

I lost a struggle with my conscience this week and bought "The Sims". I've seen a couple of people playing it, and i have heard lots of good reviews of it, so i though 'what the hell' and bought it before i could talk myself out of it.
