Off work sick today - which I hate, but I really couldn't face the Tube with this pounding headache nor did I want to inflect myself on the people who sit around me while I'm coughing up my liver and generally a grotty grot-grot.  I'll probably get major disapproval for it tomorrow but there's nothing I can do about that, it's not like I am or ever ( Read more... )

After 4 days that went by in a blur, I thought I'd make a quick update to say that I have survived the move and now have a flat full of boxes containing my worldly goods.

What a short weekend! It really feels like I arrived in London, went for a cup of tea at Thesp’s house and then was heading back to Liverpool. Given that me and P didn’t really do all that much, I’m so surprised at the speed at which the time passed… And not in a good way either!

Well, it’s windy out there, that’s for sure! I hope no one has suffered any damage from the bad weather that’s plaguing us at the moment.

I can’t believe that it’s already the 9th January and I’m back at work. It’s so hard to come to terms with the fact that the long break at P’s that I’d been looking forward to for so long is over. It was a lovely 10 days though and we did lots of things without feeling too constrained by a seeming ‘timetable’ of people to visit and places to go.
