I'm looking for a series of books I read about 4 years ago. It's about this girl, about 12 years old with a pet ferret and she solves mysteries. I think it was set in Vancouver or somewhere in Canada.  I also think the titles are like *Name* and the *blah blah*

someone knows these lyrics.....canadian band..."systematic, it sounds so tragic, put on your faces, perform your magic....".....had a horn section, heavy funk stuff......did a cover of spiderman (the good song in the old cartoon, instrumental)....

can anyone help?

• 90s kids show, all i really remember is low-budget costumes, it was meant to be some fantasy thing. one kid (all the actors were children) is in a poorly mad mouse suit, with a hood over his head. it was white i think. at some point in the series the mouse character dies maybe.

I'm trying to remember the name of a kids gameshow they played on Canadian TV (might have been YTV) in the ealy nineties where siblings are on a team against other siblings and they're all in these fake cars on set.   They ask questions about eachother etc. for points.   It might have been called Kids Street or Kids Beat or something....can anyone ( Read more... )

I can't remember the name of the band, the title, or any of the lyrics of this song, since it's in French (which I don't speak). I do, however, (sort of) remember the video. For all you Canadians out there, watching Game 7 tonight, can you tell me how to find the information about the band in the Hockey Night in Canada intro? Not the cheesy digitized one, but the one with clips and music. I Googled the lyrics, but couldn't find anything.  I'm doubtful the information will be online, but thanks in advance!

There's this Canadian indie film that I'm having a hard time googling but I know it pretty well, just can't remember the title.  It was made in the mid nineties I think and it's about a high school girl who lives in Nova Scotia and she's a pretty good writer, but kind of a freak and she really wants to move to New York to pursue school/a career.  ( Read more... )
