So, my cold is still kicking me in the chest, and I am getting tired of it. It hurts sometimes to just breathe, so if this doesn't clear up soon, I will be finding my doctor and checking out if it has turned into something worse (I hope not).

I actually went to the mall today... and bought a bathing suit! ( on bathing suit shopping... )

So, my kirtle piecing is slow, but simple to put together. Seems I have more than enough linen, that all I need is one straight seam for each pattern piece. I am using a ... oh, what is that called, a flat felled seam, iirc. I figure that will hold the fabric nicely, where there isn't just the seam threads holding the two fabric together.
