Went to the gym, 28 minutes brisk walk (setting '5.0') with 2 minutes at speed 8.0 for the run; 2% incline. No rowing machine but did more work with my arms and upper body, did crunches and worked on the spinal/back muscles opposite to the abdominal muscles.
