today's efforts

Went to the gym, 28 minutes brisk walk (setting '5.0') with 2 minutes at speed 8.0 for the run; 2% incline. No rowing machine but did more work with my arms and upper body, did crunches and worked on the spinal/back muscles opposite to the abdominal muscles. Seems my abdomen's stronger than my back muscles are, I'm working between 25kg and 40kg for my torso area, need to strengthen the side muscles too, but not sure which machine to use, must ask.

Food intake:

- clementine.
- 2 sachets of oatmeal cereal made with half-fat milk.
- actimel - raspberry flavour.
- fish nuggets (oven-cooked but batter-coated), about half a dozen or so.
- steamed vegetable mix (carrot, broccoli and sweetcorn).
- 1" slice of banana bread.

I'm trying to stop myself from careless grazing and use cantaloupes and fruits for my snacks.

I'm also visualising my muscles growing stronger and the fat melting away.
