My arms are aching from Monday's weight lifting efforts. Gym tomorrow, I now have an area to target for weightlifting efforts.
- bowl of Golden Grahams cereal.
- last 2 chunks of cantalope.
- 1/5th of the banana bread loaf.
I've been drinking water all day, I don't recall eating or drinking anything else so far besides the above.
Time for dinner, might aim for the steamed garlic butter prawns. Need to slice up the mango for snack food.
In the two fitness magazines I picked up, I found images of arms/shoulders and torso/belly I want to aim for. I've put them up where I can see them as reminders of the goals I've set for myself.

- 2 onion hamburgers with white buns: one with only a slice of processed cheese, the second only had ketchup and mustard.
- one cup-glass of orange & watermelon juice.
- one ~1" slice of banana bread.
- one cup-glass of milk to take my sleeping tablet.
